Murat's Thank You Message
“First of all, I was contacted and informed by Continental, and the examined expert report was explained to me. It was understood that the rim burned the tire due to friction caused by air loss, and we, as the driver, realized that we were at fault. The company stated that a replacement could still be made, and I thank the company for this feedback.”

I purchased a set of Winter Contact tires from the Continental brand just 43 days ago, advertised as 2022 models, with the expectation of superior quality and safety. However, while driving on a straight road, one of the tires suddenly tore apart and dislodged from the wheel, causing significant damage to my vehicle worth 5,000 TL. Despite the high cost of the tires, the Continental brand employees did not seem to care about the incident. I no longer have any trust in this brand and will never purchase their tires again, even if they are considered the best and most expensive. It is not worth risking the safety of myself and my family. I urge others to take caution and consider other options before buying Continental tires. It is important to thoroughly examine the product before making a purchase, including its visual appearance and quality.
