I am writing to report that on 06 March 2026 I accidentally made a payment of ₹100 through Fampay by scanning the wrong QR code on an online screen. The amount was debited from my account, and the transaction reference/ID is FMPIB4779918441. My Fampay UPI ID is 7877206218@fam. Since this was an unintentional transfer to an incorrect QR code, I kindly request that this payment of ₹100 be reversed and refunded to my account. I have not received any reply regarding this issue so far. I request you to please look into this matter urgently and help me recover my ₹100 as soon as possible.
