My Bridgestone Turanza 6 Tires Showed Early Cracking and Damage Despite Normal Use

Dear Bridgestone Representative,

I purchased a brand-new Toyota Proace City from the Toyota Gürses dealership in 2025, and the vehicle came equipped with Bridgestone Turanza 6 tires from the factory. Unfortunately, I’ve experienced serious dissatisfaction with these tires.

Even though I use my vehicle under normal driving conditions, including city roads and light rural routes, the tires have developed cracks, splits, and punctures in a very short period. This situation has compromised my safety and caused unnecessary financial loss. The fact that such issues occurred at low mileage and within a short time frame does not reflect the quality standards one expects from Bridgestone.

I respectfully request that Bridgestone address this issue promptly by offering a fair solution, such as inspection, replacement, or compensation for the defective factory-installed tires.
