Condor Canceled My Flight Last Minute, Left Me Stranded
With Condor, I had a bad experience. Just four hours before departure, my flight was canceled, leaving me completely stranded. The chaos was worsened by the lack of customer support at the airport to assist or guide me. Unexpected and exhausting, I had to pay for food and a hotel out of pocket. It was unsettling to receive no help or communication from Condor. While cancellations are sometimes unavoidable, the way this situation was handled left me feeling deeply disappointed. I expected at least some assistance or guidance from the staff, but there was none. After this experience, I have no confidence in Condor and won’t be choosing them for future trips.
