I booked the Montenegro Budva tour from Jolly Tur, scheduled to depart on May 4, 2025, for a 4-night, 5-day trip. The original flight time was 3:25 PM, but as the tour date approached, it was postponed to 6:40 PM.
I completed my check-in at 4:00 PM and waited at the gate for boarding. However, when the scheduled departure time arrived, the flight was first delayed to 11:40 PM, and then again to 6:00 AM the next morning. On top of that, our return flight was also rescheduled to May 8 at 7:00 AM.
Despite this 12+ hour delay, no hotel accommodation was provided to passengers for the overnight wait. There was no proper communication or support from either Jolly Tur or Air Montenegro, and we're still unsure whether the flight will even depart at 6:00 AM.
I’m extremely disappointed with both companies and demand they take full responsibility for the disruption, cover all related expenses, and offer compensation for the lost travel time and stress caused.
