Indigo Airlines Denied Refund After Cancelled Flight Due to Overbooking

December 26, 2023 3:05 PM39

Around 3-4 months ago, I purchased a ticket from Indigo Airlines for $800. I later learned that the airline operates with a policy where passengers are prioritized only if space becomes available. Unfortunately, the flight was overbooked, and my ticket was canceled due to a lack of seats.

Despite this, I have not received a refund for the canceled ticket. For months, I’ve sent numerous emails and contacted their call center repeatedly, but no progress has been made. The lack of resolution and communication from Indigo Airlines is extremely frustrating.

I demand an immediate refund for the ticket I paid for. Indigo Airlines must address this issue promptly and improve their handling of customer refunds. This experience has seriously impacted my trust in the airline.
