I Face Repeated Flight Delays and Poor Service with Air Montenegro Flights
Over the past year, I’ve flown with Air Montenegro four times—and not once have I boarded a flight on time. Every single trip was delayed beyond the scheduled departure time. This has become a recurring pattern, and it’s unacceptable. Even airlines in Turkey that are known for poor service have managed to outperform Air Montenegro in terms of reliability and professionalism.
Their operations feel disorganized and unprofessional, and the onboard service reflects the same level of neglect. It’s hard to believe such a company continues to operate with this level of inefficiency. My confidence in them has completely eroded, and unfortunately, I’ve come to expect things to go wrong whenever I book with them.
Air Montenegro must urgently address its chronic flight delays and invest in proper service training for its staff. I expect a formal acknowledgment of these issues and a clear commitment to improving the passenger experience.
