My Columbia Hatana OutDry Shoes Leaked and Squeaked—No Follow-Up After Inspection
I dropped off my Columbia Hatana OutDry shoes for inspection at the Beylikdüzü Columbia store on January 17 because they were leaking water—especially from the right shoe—and making an annoying squeaking noise from the heel area. Since then, I haven’t received any updates. No calls, no emails, no explanation. The entire winter has passed, and I’ve been left without the product I paid for.
Columbia used to be different. They used to actually follow up and keep customers informed. But apparently, once the sale is made, they no longer care. It's incredibly disappointing, especially for someone like me who has been a loyal customer for years.
These shoes weren’t cheap, and I bought them expecting durability and performance. Instead, I got defective footwear and radio silence. Columbia, you need to stop neglecting your customers after the sale. I demand a proper response, resolution, and either a refund or a replacement. You can’t treat longtime customers like this and expect to keep them.
There has been no progress since January 17, no one calls or gives any news, winter is already over. There's no point in having Outdry.
