Columbia Shoes Smell Terrible & Overpriced—No Support for Defective Product

I purchased a pair of Columbia shoes in May, expecting high quality, but instead, they developed a horrible odor and became unwearable. Despite my complaint, Columbia dismissed it with a careless inspection, claiming the issue was "not their fault" and refusing to take responsibility.

To make matters worse, the same shoes I bought for ₺13,499 are now being sold on their website for ₺5,499! Not only are they selling low-quality products, but they are also overcharging loyal customers.

Columbia, stand by your products! I demand a proper resolution—either a refund or a replacement. Stop ignoring valid complaints and fix your pricing policies!
