Columbia Hatana Max Outdry Shoes Leaking Water From First Use

November 16, 2025 2:35 AM29

On 16.03.2025, I purchased a pair of Columbia BM6693 Hatana Max Outdry shoes (product code: 2107661083). I started using the shoes about seven months after purchasing them, and from the very first wear, I noticed that both shoes were letting water inside. I used them a total of five times, and on one or two rainy days, my feet got wet. Because of this issue, I went to Columbia store. However, after inspection, they claimed the problem was not due to a production or material defect, and my request was rejected. I was left in a difficult position; the shoes were expected to be waterproof, and experiencing this problem from the first use was very disappointing. I request a replacement or a refund for the product. I kindly ask that my grievance be resolved.
