Columbia “Stain-Resistant” Product Ruined by Stains in 3 Months

I purchased a product from Columbia that was sold to me as “stain-resistant.” However, within just three months, it became covered in stains from even the slightest dust. The product looks completely worn out, far from the “stain-free” promise that led me to buy it. When I returned it to the store, they claimed the issue was my fault and refused to help. I bought this item specifically because they emphasized it wouldn’t stain, yet it’s been a constant problem. Columbia, please address this and stand behind the claims made at the time of sale. I expect either a solution or a replacement for this misrepresented product.
