My Columbia Jacket Sheds Feathers and Has Loose Stitching – Exchange Denied

I purchased a jacket from Columbia, but it has been shedding feathers constantly, and the stitching has started to come undone. I contacted the store to request an exchange, but they refused, claiming it wasn’t their fault and dismissing the issue entirely.

For a brand like Columbia, I expected better quality and customer service. It’s disappointing that instead of addressing the problem, they chose to close the case without providing any resolution. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I cannot recommend this brand to anyone. Columbia, I urge you to take responsibility for your product and offer a proper solution. Ignoring customer concerns only damages your reputation.
