Columbia Sweatshirt Defective After First Wear – Fabric Flaw Ignored

I purchased a Columbia sweatshirt, trusting the brand’s quality. However, after just one week and a single wear, I noticed a fabric defect on the upper left side—a visible scratch-like flaw. To make matters worse, the sweatshirt absorbed the color from my jeans, something that has never happened with any other clothing I own.

I sent the item in for inspection, expecting Columbia to acknowledge the issue. Instead, they claimed there was no fabric defect and refused to take responsibility, despite clear evidence that the product is faulty. I have attached photos proving the defect.

Columbia, I urge you to stand by your brand’s reputation and resolve this issue. I demand a proper solution and replacement immediately!
