Coinbase Lost My XLM, And Customer Service Was Unhelpful

I put more than 59,000 XLM into Coinbase, but the money never showed up in my account. I've been trying to solve this problem for a long time, but customer service isn't helping at all. When I ask for something, I only get an automated message that says someone will get back to me, but nothing ever happens. This can't happen. I put my money in Coinbase because I trusted them, but they let me down. Being ignored and left in the dark like this is frustrating and maddening. If they don't fix this problem soon, I'm seriously thinking about going to court. Coinbase needs to step up and own up to what they did wrong. When something goes wrong, they can't just take my money and run away.
