I Bought Wild Rift Cores on Codashop but Didn’t Get Them in My Account

I made a purchase on Codashop for Wild Rift Wild Cores, but the credits never showed up in my account. I completed the payment and everything seemed fine on the surface, but nothing was delivered. I have no idea what to do next because there is absolutely no clear support channel available, and I can't reach anyone from the Codashop team.

I’ve tried contacting support multiple times, but no one is responding or helping me resolve the issue. It feels like I’ve been left completely in the dark after spending real money on a digital item I never received.

I urgently need assistance. Either deliver the Wild Cores to my game account immediately or issue a full refund of my ₺. I won’t let this go unanswered. Codashop needs to step up and fix this problem now.
