I Never Signed Up, But Claritycheck Still Charged My Card

Without my knowledge or consent, Claritycheck withdrew $43 from my PTT Bank account on December 27 using my debit card ending in 0937. I absolutely do not accept a charge from a company for which I never submitted a membership application, gave approval, or authorized any payment.

After discovering the charge, I canceled my Claritycheck account through their website. However, the $43 that was withdrawn without my permission has not been refunded to me. I have been financially harmed by this unauthorized transaction.

I am requesting that Claritycheck immediately refund the full $43 taken from my bank account and permanently close any accounts or memberships opened in my name.
