Clarity Check Unauthorized Payment Refund Issue

While using Claryty Check’s individual service, $38 was withdrawn from my account yesterday through their website without any approval or notification. I did not see any warning or confirmation screen indicating at which stage this transaction occurred. Additionally, after experiencing this issue, I attempted to reach customer service but was unable to contact anyone.

Because of this incident, I do not consider Claryty Check to be a trustworthy company. I request that this unexpected and unauthorized payment be canceled, that the $38 be refunded to me, and that my account be completely closed.
