Claritycheck Took Money Without Consent After Simple Inquiry

On 11/27/2025 at around 23:05 in the evening, after using the Claritycheck website for a simple inquiry, I noticed that $39 had been withdrawn from my card without my knowledge or consent. My action was purely for inquiry purposes — I did not authorize any membership, nor did I approve any payment of this amount.
When I contacted my bank, they informed me that the transaction originated from abroad. However, I did not make any purchase of this amount on Claritycheck, nor did I permit such a withdrawal.
I request the immediate and full refund of the $39 taken from my card by Claritycheck. Otherwise, I will pursue legal action and file the necessary complaints and reports.
