Citroen C3 Chronic Engine Problem and High Repair Costs

My Citroen C3 2020 has been displaying a persistent engine fault error. I confirmed the chronic nature of this issue with the Kadikoy Citroen Deniz authorized service and complaints online. The authorized service charged a whopping 67,000 TL to fix this long-standing issue. I contacted Citroen Turkey and requested a discount, which, given the severity of the problem, should have been provided for free. They, however, refused to provide any discounts or assistance. They absurdly labeled the engine problem, which occurred after 50,000 kilometers, as a user error. If your car's engine fails after 50,000 kilometers, you should reconsider your manufacturing process rather than blaming the user. Their customer service representatives are completely unhelpful, and the car's engine has numerous problems. Furthermore, the cause of the engine fault light is unknown, and the error will not go away. They claim to be able to replace various components such as the timing belt. As a result, we were hit with a 67,000 TL bill.

Hello Nevin, I have the same problem with my car. Were you able to solve the issue?
