In July 2020, I purchased my 2020 Berlingo 1.5 Bluehdi Shine Bold automatic with plate number 52**004 from a dealership in Ordu. I increased the warranty to four years and 70,000 kilometers. However, as soon as I passed 70,000 kilometers, the Addblue system began to give me errors. When it happened the first time, I went to Sakarya Bül oto, and they said it was a software error. They updated it, and it appeared to work properly. After another 3-4 thousand kilometers, the same error message appeared. During my vacation, the air pollution prevention system failed, rendering the car inoperable after 1150 kilometers. When I went to the Ordu dealership for the 75,000 km service, they recalibrated the Addblue level and claimed it was fixed. The same problem reappeared less than 1000 kilometers later. I went back to the service center, and they reset it again. The air pollution prevention system error returned the next day, shortly after leaving the service center, and the car became inoperable once more. It was necessary for me to tow it back to the Ordu service center. The car was in the service center for 2-3 days, and they assured me that everything was fine and that there would be no further problems. However, after only 50 kilometers, the same error reappeared. I returned to the Ordu service center, where they decided to replace the Addblue tank and sensor. During this time, the car was in the service center for about a week. Despite the repairs, the Addblue error reappeared after just 400 kilometers. This ongoing problem has resulted in significant stress, financial expenses, and even a month without a car. I'm now living in constant fear of when and where my car will break down as a result of the Addblue issue. If you are unable to resolve the issue, please return the vehicle and relieve me of this ordeal. I am prepared to sue because this is a defective product with ongoing problems that cannot be resolved.
