Discord Charged My Credit Card $102 Without Showing an Active Nitro Subscription

On June 1, 2026, at approximately 12:25 PM, I was attempting to make a vehicle inspection payment when I was redirected through another website to what I later realized was a payment page related to Discord Nitro. I was expecting a charge of approximately $2 for a Discord Nitro subscription, but when I reviewed my card transactions, I discovered that approximately $102 had been charged to my account instead.

This transaction was processed through my Yapı Kredi credit card, and the transaction details are available in my card activity records. Despite this unusually high and unauthorized charge being processed in the name of Discord Nitro, no active Discord Nitro subscription appears on my Discord account. After the transaction, I contacted Yapı Kredi and filed a charge dispute. However, the bank has not provided a meaningful resolution so far and directed me to contact Discord instead.

I am requesting a full refund of the unauthorized and unreasonable $102 charge. I would like Discord to thoroughly review all subscription and transaction records related to this payment, explain why and how this charge was processed despite no active subscription appearing on my account, and refund the improperly collected amount to my credit card as soon as possible. I also request a clear written explanation regarding the status of this transaction and any associated subscription records.
