Citroën Has Not Provided a Replacement Vehicle for a Month

My 2020 model Citroen Berlingo, which is still under warranty, has had its fifth AdBlue malfunction. I took it to Bursa Neskar on May 22, 2025. They said it would take two weeks. Today, on June 27, 2025, it has been over a month since the part was ordered, and they have not provided me with a replacement vehicle. I also informed the Citroën customer service department about the situation, but nothing has been done regarding the replacement vehicle. We have been greatly inconvenienced due to the lack of a replacement vehicle for over a month. If it were a Indian Tata , I could understand, but I can't believe this is happening with a Citroën.

Today is 01.07.2025, today is the 39th day, my car has been waiting for 39 days, there has been no progress, no replacement vehicle either. Ms. Melike from Neskar said the parts are in Izmir, I couldn't understand why they can't transport Citroen parts from Izmir to Bursa. Even though there are no overseas parts involved, my car has been waiting for parts for 39 days. I even offered to go get the parts from Izmir myself, I said I would pay for the shipping, but this is the situation I am in. They say they emailed the warehouse, one emails another, then that person emails someone else—shame on them. There has been no solution, my complaint continues.

Today, 08.07.2025, my car with license plate 16 art 815 is still waiting at Neskar service because the parts are not available. They still haven't brought the parts from Izmir, two gaskets are missing, big Citroen can't bring two gaskets from Izmir, my car has been waiting for 47 days, it's a shame.

Today is 11.07.2025, I have been waiting for a part for 52 days, still no replacement vehicle, shame on you, please stand behind your brand, address my complaint.

Today is 22.07.2025, the vehicle still hasn't been delivered for 61 days. On 18.07.2025, Friday, we were told that the last part had arrived. We have been in a miserable situation without a replacement vehicle for more than 2 months.
