On July 19, 2023, my Citroen C4 suffered a brain malfunction while still under warranty. On September 24, 2023, they ordered a part from abroad. They couldn't fix my car after 45 business days. Instead, they opened a case with the headquarters to provide a new vehicle. If a car cannot be repaired within 45 business days, it must be replaced or refunded at its current value, according to the Consumer Rights Law. This issue should be resolved within 30 days. After that, the real ordeal began. Three days ago, the service center called to tell me that my car had been repaired. They requested that I return the replacement vehicle and pick up my own. If I didn't return the car on time, they threatened to charge me for the replacement car. I contacted the headquarters and stated that I would only accept this if it was accompanied by a written statement preserving my legal rights. They informed me that they were unable to provide such a document. As a result, I decided not to drive my car. I demanded that they expedite the process of getting me a new vehicle. My lawyer will send them a legal notice this week. In the last week, I've received numerous inquiries about my car. I want this ordeal to be over with as soon as possible. My legal rights are completely reserved.
