On December 13, 2023, I purchased a Citroen C4 Shine package car from Citroen Mar Auto, but I didn't take delivery of the vehicle. When it arrived, before taking delivery, I requested an on-site inspection by the dealer. The dealer's own expert and the expert I consulted through video call both identified an adjustment made on the hood of the car during the inspection and reported it to us. I expressed that I didn't want to take delivery of the car and requested the necessary adjustments to be made. Later, the sales manager came to us and, in an uncomfortable manner, suggested bringing in an external mobile expert for another inspection. This situation greatly disturbed me as a customer. Subsequently, when I went to the sales manager's office, I was advised to contact Citroen Headquarters and open a case. I don't want to purchase a defective product, and the dealer's lack of attention and care is disappointing.

The result of requesting an on-site mobile appraisal before taking delivery of the vehicle... The appraisal came to the dealership as a mobile service and it was determined that the hood of the vehicle's engine was not adjusted but had been removed, reattached, and painted. The appraisal report is TSE certified, and I am awaiting a response from the dealership and Citroen's general management. As a dealership, the sales manager and sales chief's indifferent and condescending attitude instead of providing support left me extremely uncomfortable. I kindly request that my grievance be addressed by the general management. The appearance of the appraisal report is attached.

Although it was stated that a definitive response would be given by the headquarters for the vehicle on 19.12.2023, the feedback indicated that there was no definitive result and that the process was ongoing, with a conclusion expected on 22.12.2023. Citroen Mar Oto informed us that the lawyer would respond regarding the process related to our notice. Constant postponement! We continue to be without a vehicle due to the irresponsibility of the dealer and distributor!

Citroen General Directorate is still victimizing me! In the response I received, it was stated that the vehicle would not lose value due to the play in the screws on the engine hood! They said that the paint value on the engine hood does not exceed factory standards and that they would provide a document for it! Citroen, which sells defective goods! I definitely do not recommend the brand.

Citroen continues to not assist with the requests I have made! They blatantly want to deliver a defective product to me with just a piece of paper!

Zero interest and attention! It's been 20 days and my car is still waiting at the dealership! It's still in the resolution process, constantly being postponed. Citroen is a regret!

Yes, the result came from Citroen headquarters. The micron values of the hood are within the acceptable range, and the screws being removed does not cause a depreciation. Only the micron value of the hood is high, other parts are normal, and the screws have been tampered with. This vehicle might be treated as damaged in the second-hand market when selling it tomorrow... Legal proceedings have been initiated...
