Citroen Wanted to Deliver C4 with Paint Damage on the Hood and with Residues All Over

When I went to pick up my C4 vehicle, which I bought from the Nev Citroen dealer, on 20.12.2023, I noticed that there was paint damage on the hood end of the vehicle and paint residue on the left front fender. Report this situation to dealer officials. After having it examined by the service technicians, it was said that it was a manufacturing defect. I informed him that I would not take delivery of the vehicle in this case. Dealership officials told me to call Citroen customer services and register and they would find the solution. Afterwards, I called customer service, reported the situation and opened a report. They said they would get back to me within 2 business days. Customer services responded on 21.12.2023 and stated that the investigation was ongoing and would take 1 week. Does it take a week to inspect obvious paint damage? This is completely Citroen's tactic to distract and bore the customers. The fact that the dealer said it was not related to us and walked away is proof of how unreliable Citroen is and a brand that does not stand behind the product it sells. The factory does not control the vehicles it produces. The dealer does not check the vehicle he sells, or he tries to convince the customer that if he can get it this way, it will be a great success. I think this is all collusion. I request Citroen to immediately replace the vehicle with a new one (non-defective) or refund my money with interest. Otherwise, I will start legal proceedings.
