I Wait for Refund from Lefties App Despite Confirmation It Was Issued

I made a purchase through the Lefties mobile app and returned the products shortly after receiving them. The system claims that my refund has already been processed, but to this day, no money has been credited back to my card. It’s been several days, and I’m still left waiting with no clear update.

There is no customer service number to call—only an email address. I received one generic apology email saying they would get back to me soon, but after that, no one ever followed up. Their communication is completely lacking, and there’s no transparency on the refund timeline.

As a customer, I find this incredibly frustrating. I fulfilled all return requirements and simply want my own money back. I demand an immediate refund and a clear explanation from Lefties regarding the delay. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, especially from an international brand.
