My Wrangler Jacket Pilled Quickly

I purchased a Wrangler jacket from Boyner, but within just a few days, it started pilling excessively. Additionally, after I bought it, the price dropped, but the difference wasn’t refunded as Paracık credits. I also ordered a Tommy Hilfiger navy vest, which arrived with a slight odor as if it had been worn before.

When I tried to leave feedback about my experience, Boyner blocked me from posting a review. This lack of transparency is extremely disappointing. Customers rely on honest reviews to make informed decisions, but Boyner appears to suppress negative feedback. I expect Boyner to address these issues by offering a resolution for the defective products and improving their approach to customer feedback.
