I Face Delayed Refund and Communication Issues With Chit Chat English

In December 2024, I enrolled in a course at Chit Chat English, but since I never attended a single class, I requested a cancellation and a full refund. Unfortunately, I have been waiting for my money for over six months, and the process has been full of delays, excuses, and poor communication.

For a long time, my messages went unanswered, and my calls were dismissed with phrases like “we’ll forward it to the manager.” When I warned that I would exercise my legal rights, they promised on 29.05.2025 that the full amount would be refunded without deductions. However, on that date, they only transferred less than half of the promised amount under the label of a “partial payment.” After more unanswered messages and delays, another small portion was paid, but the remaining ₺6,500 was never transferred. Instead, they tried to justify withholding it with excuses about “tax” and “Iyzico fees.”

This entire experience has shown a lack of professionalism, ethics, and transparency. As a customer, I feel misled, disrespected, and financially harmed. I demand the immediate payment of the remaining refund in full, without any further deductions or excuses. I also expect Chit Chat English to improve its customer service and handle refunds in a timely and professional manner.

I request urgent action to settle this matter and restore my trust.
