I Face Refund Issues and Poor Organization at Chit Chat English İzmir

I enrolled in the Chit Chat English İzmir branch for a 12-month course, but after only 3 months of attendance I had to stop due to the lack of organization and poor service. The school constantly changed teachers, failed to send lesson plans on time, and in grammar classes the instructors simply wrote notes on A4 paper at the start of each session. This showed a serious lack of preparation, organization, and academic quality.

Because of these problems, I felt I could not gain any real benefit from the program. For the past 2 months, I have been trying to get a refund. I called more than 150 times, yet I never received a proper response or call back. Instead of acting responsibly, the institution avoided communication and left me waiting.

This situation has caused both financial and emotional frustration. I have already filed a complaint with the Consumer Court and I am now waiting for the case to be resolved.

I demand the immediate return of my unused course fees, an apology for the lack of professionalism, and better organization so that other students do not go through the same disappointment. I strongly advise others to be cautious before enrolling.
