In 2023, I enrolled in Chit Chat English Gaziantep branch and purchased a 1-year online English course package covering beginner and intermediate levels. I paid a total of ₺20,000 via EFT for this program. Unfortunately, from the very beginning, the experience has been extremely disappointing. The lessons lacked structure, the teaching materials were insufficient, and most importantly, the so-called instructors did not hold any verifiable teaching qualifications. Teachers frequently changed, showed disinterest during classes, and failed to provide proper guidance.
On top of this, the person introduced as the online education coordinator, named R*, treated me disrespectfully** when I tried to raise my concerns. Instead of finding solutions, both the branch staff and customer service responded with dismissive and even scolding behavior. No invoice, contract, or official documentation was ever provided to me despite my full payment, which is unacceptable for a professional language institution.
As a result, I was forced to give up on the program, losing both my time and money. I am deeply dissatisfied and regret trusting this institution. I demand accountability from Chit Chat English and request a full refund of my ₺20,000 payment, along with an official apology. I am sharing my complaint so that others will not fall into the same situation.
