I purchased a 24-hour private lesson package from Chit Chat Mersin, with the clear promise that lessons would be scheduled according to my availability. Unfortunately, not a single session was arranged at times that matched my schedule. Despite raising this issue, no adjustment or support was provided.
To make matters worse, the instructor suddenly moved abroad, leaving my package incomplete. I still had several hours of lessons remaining, yet they were never delivered. When I asked for a refund for the unused hours, the institution refused to return my money and completely ignored my requests.
This experience has been extremely frustrating. I paid in good faith, but instead of receiving the service I was promised, I was left with incomplete lessons and financial loss. I demand that Chit Chat Mersin refund the unused hours of my package and take responsibility for misleading commitments. If this issue is not resolved, I will escalate the matter further to protect my consumer rights.
