I enrolled in a 6-month package with Chitchat.com.tr, but from the very beginning the experience was disappointing. The lesson schedules constantly changed, and I was never informed in advance. I went to the course several times only to be told, “your schedule has changed,” wasting both my time and energy.
Frustrated with this disorganization, I decided to cancel my membership. That’s when the real problem began. Despite their repeated promises that my refund would be processed, I waited over a month without receiving any payment back. I was asked to keep coming to the branch and was given empty assurances with new dates every time, but the refund never happened.
In the end, I had to threaten legal action, and only then—within 5 minutes—they finally processed my refund. This kind of behavior is unacceptable for a company claiming to provide professional education services. I lost valuable time, endured unnecessary stress, and completely lost trust in this institution.
I demand that Chitchat.com.tr take accountability, improve its organizational practices, and stop misleading students with false promises. Other consumers should also be cautious when considering this company.
