I recently bought Chicco travel system baby stroller and there was a major error in the product description. The description stated that it includes a stroller and bassinet. The order picture, which showed the stroller and bassinet, clarified this before I ordered. However, they only sent the stroller after receiving the order. seller denied my bassinet return request because there were no missing parts. This is unacceptable because the item was sold and advertised as a set. Even worse, Trendyol sells the same product with false bassinet information. The price went from 12 thousand to over 20 thousand during the November discounts, and discounts were used to make it look like customers were getting a better deal at 16 thousand. This misleading pricing exploits customers during sales and is unethical. People aren't stupid, avoid sellers who do these things.
