Six months ago, I brought my 2013 Chevrolet Captiva to Mar Oto Alibeyköy due to a faulty fan control module. They replaced the part with a new original component. However, yesterday, the same issue recurred.
Initially, the service center claimed they had installed an aftermarket part. When I objected, they backtracked, confirming it was indeed an original product. When I inquired about the warranty, they dismissively stated that Chevrolet doesn't offer warranties, which is irrelevant to this situation.
Even in independent repair shops, work typically comes with at least a one-year warranty. Moreover, Mar Oto sold us this new part with an invoice. Their claim of "no warranty" is unacceptable.
I want to make it clear that my next step will be to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and, if necessary, pursue legal action. It's worth noting that Mar Otomotiv has a history of poor service. Previously, they kept my accident-damaged vehicle for seven months, draining the battery, and then had the audacity to charge me for a new one.
This repeated failure and the service center's attitude have left me feeling frustrated and let down. I expected better service and accountability from an authorized dealer, especially when dealing with a recurring issue on my Chevrolet Captiva.
