My Tiggo 8 Still Has Android Auto Issues After 3 Repairs and a Module Replacement

I bought my Chery Tiggo 8 a year ago, and ever since then, I've been struggling with a persistent Android Auto connection issue. Despite bringing the vehicle to the service center three times, the problem still hasn’t been resolved.

During my most recent visit, I even provided video proof of the issue. The service team was helpful and replaced the module under warranty, but unfortunately, the issue continues. I’ve tested it with multiple phones, yet the connection is either completely unstable or doesn’t work at all. Even when it does connect, it randomly disconnects, and sometimes when it reconnects, the steering wheel controls stop responding.

This has gone on for too long. A car in this class shouldn’t have such unresolved software or integration flaws. Chery, I’m asking you to take this issue seriously and provide a permanent fix. I've done everything on my end—it's your turn to step up. Please don’t make your customers lose trust in your technology. I expect a prompt and effective solution.

You called, you reached me, claimed that resetting would fix it, and said the service would call to schedule an appointment. I have been waiting for the service for 4 days for them to call and schedule an appointment.
