I Can’t Use Android Auto on My Chery Tiggo 8 Promax Despite Phone Being Connected

I purchased my Chery Tiggo 8 Promax on May 15, 2025, and I’m already facing a frustrating issue. Android Auto simply doesn’t work. Although my phone connects to the car, Android Auto stays inactive. Every time I tap on it, I get a “cannot connect” error message.

This isn’t just an inconvenience—it’s a serious problem for me. I’m about to go on a long road trip and rely heavily on my phone’s navigation. I bought this car expecting full smartphone integration, and now I can’t even mirror my phone screen to use maps safely while driving.

I urgently need Chery to provide a solution for this issue. This kind of basic tech should work flawlessly in a 2025 model vehicle. Please fix this immediately or offer a proper workaround.
