My 2024 Chery Tiggo 7 Pro Bluetooth and Wi-Fi Keep Disconnecting

I own a 2024 Chery Tiggo 7 Pro Excellent, and I’m extremely frustrated with ongoing connectivity issues. The Bluetooth and Wi-Fi features constantly disconnect during use and often don’t reconnect at all. When they do finally connect, it’s only temporary—soon after, the connection drops again. This cycle makes every trip with the car frustrating and unreliable.

The car has only 7,800 km on it. I reported the issue at both the 5,000 km inspection and during the first-year service at Bostancıoğlu Service. Each time, they told me “no issues were found.” But I’m the one driving the car—I know when something isn’t working right.

Out of frustration, I bought an Android box that supports wireless connection but decided to use it with a wired setup to avoid the instability. That’s when I discovered the wired port on the car doesn’t even work. I tested the same device on another Tiggo 7 Pro, and it worked perfectly—so the issue is definitely with my vehicle.

Chery, I’m asking you to take this problem seriously and provide a proper solution. These connection features are a key part of the vehicle’s value, and I expect them to work—consistently. Please resolve this issue immediately.
