My Chery Tiggo 7 Pro Luxury's Bluetooth Issues and Sunroof Problems Persist for Months

About eight months ago, I purchased a Chery Tiggo 7 Pro Luxury. After two months, the Bluetooth stopped working. It either doesn't connect at all or, when it does, the connection constantly drops. Despite receiving an update, there was no improvement. I've been dealing with this Bluetooth issue for six months with no resolution from Chery dealership. The service technician, Mr. O***, mentioned that the multimedia unit needs to be replaced. Ms. D**** from the warranty department emailed the factory about it, but we haven't received a response. Additionally, my car has a problem with the sunroof seal, which has been fixed three times without success. Buying a Chery has been a regretful experience. Everything was fine during the sale, but once it comes to warranty issues, the problems begin.

I have my wedding this week, and since the car’s camera was not working, I was planning to rent a car. Thanks to Ms. Funda and the Chery team, I no longer need to do that. I thank them again.
