Account Restrictions On My Bybit



I am writing regarding my Bybit account, which is used mainly as a wallet, and which was suddenly banned on 10/04/2026 with withdrawals restricted due to alleged “suspicious activity.” Since that date, I have not been able to access my funds or make any withdrawals, and this situation is still ongoing. After the ban, I contacted Bybit support and submitted a complaint. The reply I received was a generic message stating that my account has been placed under review as part of their compliance obligations, that they cannot provide a specific timeline for resolution, and that they will notify me once there is an update. Despite this, no further information or progress has been shared and my account remains blocked. I find it unacceptable that my funds are locked without a clear and transparent explanation or a reasonable timeframe for resolution. I request that my account be reviewed urgently and that I be allowed to withdraw my balance as soon as possible, or that Bybit provide a concrete, detailed explanation of the situation and a clear timeline. I expect this issue to be resolved quickly so that I can access my own funds without further delay.

All of a sudden, I received a notification that my Bybit account had been restricted due to “suspicious activities” without any further explanation. I have tried contacting support several times, but they keep closing the case without speaking to me or resolving the issue. This situation is already affecting my business negatively.
