On 22/04/2026 at around 11:29 PM, I initiated a withdrawal of ₹50,000 from my 1win account via the IMPS method using the 1win website. My client ID is 88623661. Even though more than 24 hours have passed, the withdrawal status is still showing as “pending,” and the money has not been credited to my bank account. I have made successful withdrawals from 1win before, so this delay and the pending status for such a long time are unacceptable and worrying. I tried to reach 1win customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response. I request that 1win immediately process this withdrawal and credit the ₹50,000 to my bank account without any further delay, or clearly resolve the issue at the earliest.
