Parimatch Deposit Not Credited After 46 Days With UPI Proof

I made a deposit of ₹3,600 to my Parimatch account via UPI on March 8, 2026. The amount was successfully debited from my UPI account, and I have full transaction reference details and screenshots as proof. However, the deposit has still not been credited to my Parimatch balance.
It has now been 46 days since the transaction, and the issue remains unresolved. When I contacted Parimatch customer support, I was repeatedly told that the payment was “not received,” despite clear evidence that the money was deducted from my account.
Throughout this entire period, my funds have remained stuck with no proper investigation or resolution. This situation is unacceptable, especially given the time that has passed and the proof I have provided.
I request that the ₹3,600 be refunded to my UPI/bank account immediately. I also expect a clear and detailed explanation of why this deposit was not credited despite a successful transaction from my side.
