Chery Tiggo 7 Pro Max Engine Issues

Hello, I bought a 2024 model Tiggo 7 Pro Max. I received my vehicle on March 15. Three days later, the check engine light came on. I took a picture of it and sent it to the branch. They told me to bring it to the service center for inspection. However, while I was on my way there, the light turned off. My vehicle was checked, and they said it was a temporary issue and sent me back. On March 24, the issue happened again, so I took the car directly to the service center at 08:30 AM. I waited for five hours, and they told me there was a malfunction in the engine vapor system. They removed a part from a highway patrol vehicle and installed it in my car. I contacted Chery directly to file a complaint because I was sold a faulty car. The check engine light came on twice in just nine days. I told them I would never accept this. However, the Samsun Chery branch said there was nothing they could do. If you plan to buy this car, keep this in mind!

You are like a joke, you just called again and gave information that the repair was done. Is removing a part from the roadside assistance vehicle and attaching it to my vehicle considered a repair? I am initiating legal proceedings. You have no understanding, keep lying to people. You also informed that a factory is being opened in Samsun.
