I purchased a 2024 Chery Tiggo Pro Max Exceptional just four days ago, and I’ve already encountered an issue. The warning sounds are set at the lowest level, and adjusting the sound level up or down doesn’t change anything. This is a significant problem for me as I rely on these alerts for safe driving.
I contacted the service center, and they suggested resetting the system, but I refuse to do this since it will erase all my customized settings. This is not a viable solution, and I expect a proper fix for this issue immediately. I urge Chery to provide an effective resolution without causing further inconvenience.
