Chery Tiggo 7 Pro Max – Dealer Didn’t Provide the Promotional Gift Box

I purchased a Chery Tiggo 7 Pro Max from the dealership on March 13, 2025, but I later noticed that other buyers received a red gift box with their vehicle. After watching multiple videos of customers at other dealerships, it’s clear that this gift was provided to others, but not to me.

I don’t understand why I was excluded from this promotion. If Chery is offering a gift with their vehicles, it should be given to all customers, not selectively distributed.

Chery, can you explain why I wasn’t given the promotional gift box? I expect an answer and a resolution to this unfair treatment. All customers should be treated equally and fairly.
