Let me begin by saying that I regret my decision to purchase a Chery vehicle. On January 24, 2025, I purchased a brand-new 2024 Tiggo 7 Pro Max from Park Otomotiv. Unfortunately, just one day later, an inexperienced driver hit my car on January 25, 2025, with only 126 km on the odometer. After the accident, I had the car towed to Park Otomotiv for repairs. As the accident involved injuries, I had to wait for the police report, which I personally submitted on January 30, 2025, to initiate the damage file. Since then, things have worsened. The visible parts of the car, such as the right front fender, right headlight, front bumper, and right fog light, need to be replaced. Additionally, unseen parts like the control arm and shock absorber, due to damage to the wheel, also need to be replaced. In total, 17 parts will need to be replaced. There is no issue with the dealership. They have done everything they can, both before and after the sale. However, the overall management has been disappointing. My car is still waiting for parts in the service center, with no clear timeline for their arrival. When I contact the central office, I get no real answers. I was told that the parts were ordered by air, and on February 19, 2025, the flight departed from China, but as of today, March 13, 2025, the parts have not arrived. I’m now tracking the flight with Flightradar24 and wondering if the shipment was delayed or if the parts were assigned to other vehicles. With the holidays approaching, I don’t want a replacement car – I just want mine back. I’m seeking clear information about the parts. If you’re going to contact me with vague explanations, please don’t. Yes, other companies have supply issues, but none leave their customers stranded like this. Chery, despite being a major player in Turkey, cannot provide the parts. I regret my decision and advise others to think carefully before buying. I’ve been disappointed and left in an unfortunate situation, and I don’t want others to face the same. Note: Park Otomotiv staff are faultless in this situation, and I appreciate their efforts.

We have forwarded the issue to our authorized department, but how many days have passed since your message, and I still have not received any information about my vehicle from you. I am taking the matter to court. I did not see an approach where we could reconcile, sit down and talk, or seek a mutual solution. You ignored me, but you will not be able to ignore the courts and the laws.

Friends reading this, I will continue to provide updates. As of March 21, 2025, I still have not received a response regarding my request submitted to the authorized department on March 13, 2025. On top of that, I called Chery Turkey once more, but unfortunately, that didn't help either. They are not interested, they don't care. During this process, I also emailed Chery International multiple times, but there was no response from them either. In short, Chery is a very nice car, but only if you don't have an accident or it doesn't break down on its own. If you find yourself in this position, you will be left alone with your patience and regrets.

I will explain everything with one last update to the friends following here. First of all, I want it to be known that no one from Chery TURKEY called me or was interested in the issue. After a total of 62 days, I received my vehicle repaired. I waited for a very long time without anyone to address my concerns, and we were dragged into an unknown with the service staff friends. Chery headquarters definitely does not care about the customer and directs you to the dealer, the dealer contacts you, but Chery headquarters supplies the part, the fundamental flaw in the system is here. My complaint here and the legal rights that emerged with the expiration of all periods accelerated the process, if you ask how the car came out in 3 days, believe me, I don't know either. When I spontaneously went to the service and said I wanted to see my car, they said, 'Brother, we have good news for you, your car is coming out,' and when I went and checked, the processes had started. The biggest thanks here should go to Park Automotive employees Mr. Özkan, Mr. İlker, and Ms. Rabia, they really made me feel that they were upset and bored with me, my car had become a common issue and it was finally resolved. Now, if I need to evaluate the process as a whole, leaving aside the dealer experience, the cars are very nice, in terms of equipment, comfort, price-performance, they are in a very reasonable position. However, there is definitely a part supply problem, and these durations are definitely not the maximum 20 days for delivery that they tell you when purchasing the vehicle. The brand does not stand behind you, forget that part too, my only luck in this unpleasantness was the approach of my dealer, if they had proceeded with an approach like 'Sorry Mr. Erkan, there is nothing we can do until the part arrives', things would have been much more deadlocked for me. They were solution-oriented and somehow procured those parts, frankly, I didn't ask how they did it. Those considering buying should review the entire process, when you go to the dealer you talk to the sales representative, also meet with a damage consultant. This job is very troublesome, if you don't have patience like steel, you will wear out much more. Thank you very much to everyone who supported and followed the process with their comments. Use your vehicles on good days, maybe you will look at this page for the last time, please do not overlook that Chery Turkey has not been involved in the issue with even a single word since March 13, 2025. My personal opinion is an office consisting of 5-6 call center employees, it has a name on paper, expect more. May God give you dealer luck. Goodbye.
