I purchased my Chery Tiggo 7 Pro Max in December and was really happy with my choice—until I had a minor accident that cracked my front bumper. I immediately reported the issue to an authorized service center on January 6, and they informed me that they did not have the spare part in stock and needed to order it.

Today is February 21, and I am still waiting for my bumper to arrive. 45 days without a resolution for such a basic part is completely unacceptable. Selling cars in a country without maintaining proper spare parts inventory is a major failure in after-sales support.

I urge Chery to resolve this immediately and prevent future customers from facing the same issue.

Hello, Thank you for forwarding it, but any progress or result? I had also forwarded it myself before, and they ended our conversation by saying a response would be made, but unfortunately, there is no response. As a consumer, one expects something like, yes, it is delayed, but your issue will be resolved by this time, etc. Due to my job, I travel all over Turkey, and I tell everyone who asks about the disgraceful state of the car and the issue of not being able to supply the front bumper for over 50 days. Thankfully, the headlights, etc., are not broken, so you can only use the vehicle during the day.
