Chery Sold Me a Tiggo 7 Pro with a Painted Fender, Refused to Help

I bought a Tiggo 7 Pro from Aceavto/Sarıyer dealer on 03.01.2024. I was planning to sell the vehicle and buy a Pro Max, but the expert reported that the right fender of the vehicle was painted. I contacted the dealer and Chery Turkey. They kept calling me and eventually Chery resolved the confusion in my mind and said, without testing the vehicle, it is your fault for not providing customer satisfaction, go and apply to the Istanbul courts. A brand that is trying to hold on to the market and everyone has questions about how spare parts and service are, has failed. There is no after-sales service. Although I have asked many people around me to pay attention to 2 of them, I realized that I made a mistake. I did not tell the dealer to change my vehicle. I said, give me a service maintenance gift equal to the damage you have caused me, I will buy a new vehicle and use it. Expert reports and other legal documents are on every platform and I will seek my rights with whatever authority the law gives me. I wanted to write here to inform those who will buy a vehicle.
