ChatGPT Plus Adds False English Sentences While Translating PDFs

I’ve been using the ChatGPT Plus service recently for English–Turkish translations. While translating academic papers in PDF format, I noticed that the system manipulates the original text — adding fake English sentences and presenting them as if they were part of the original paragraph, then translating those fabricated sentences into Turkish and showing them as accurate translations. The first sentence of each paragraph is usually correct, but the following ones are replaced with false content before being translated.

So far, I’ve translated around 50 or more documents, and this problem started appearing recently, though I’m not sure exactly when. I don’t receive any error messages; the process seems to complete normally, but the output is inaccurate and includes invented content. I even tried restarting my account, but the issue persists.

I request that this problem be fixed immediately and that the translation feature start functioning accurately again.
