ChatGPT Keeps Charging Me but Does Not Appear in Google Play

I am filing this complaint jointly against both ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Google Play Store due to the subscription issue described below. For about a year I have been unknowingly charged for a ChatGPT Go subscription that I believed had already been cancelled. Since my ChatGPT Go subscription was not visible in the Google Play Store subscriptions section, I assumed it had been terminated. Only when a payment could not be taken on the day my bank account balance ran out and I received a notification did I realise that the subscription was still active. When I try to cancel the subscription from within the ChatGPT application or web interface, the system directs me to cancel it via Google Play Store. However, the subscription does not appear at all in my Google Play Store subscriptions list. In the Play Store, only my YouTube Premium subscription is listed as active, and ChatGPT Go is not listed anywhere. Despite this, an average of 250 TL has been charged from my bank account every month for approximately one year, totalling around 2,500 TL. I have checked and confirmed that the e‑mail addresses of my ChatGPT and Google Play Store accounts are the same. I request that this invisible and therefore uncancellable subscription issue be investigated urgently by both ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Google Play Store, and that all unjust charges made over roughly the last year, which I was unable to stop due to it not appearing in my Play Store subscriptions, be fully refunded to my account. I also request that my ChatGPT Go subscription, which I cannot see in Google Play but which continues to charge me, be completely cancelled so that no further payments are taken.
