I Report Repeated Charges on ChatGPT Subscription Without Access

I renewed my ChatGPT subscription three times this month, but despite these payments, I still cannot access my subscription benefits. Each renewal resulted in a charge, yet my account remains inactive, and I am unable to use the features I paid for. This situation has caused me significant frustration and wasted both my time and money.

I expect a professional service to ensure that paid subscriptions are activated immediately. Instead, I have been charged three times in one month without receiving the service. This is unacceptable for any paid application. I have tried to resolve the issue on my own, but there is no clear solution provided within the app, and I feel completely unsupported as a customer.

I demand either a full refund for all unauthorized charges or immediate activation of my ChatGPT subscription rights. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will permanently delete the app and advise others against using it. Please take immediate action to address this situation.
